How To Keep Getting Better And Better Everyday.

My life changed for the better about 5 year ago when I was introduced to the process of saying affirmation everyday and whenever I have the time to say it. The first and the simplest one I was introduced to is the one by the French chemist and psychologist named Emile Coue. He was a French psychologist and pharmacist who introduced a popular method of psychotherapy and self-improvement based on a popular method of psychotherapy and self-improvement based on optimistic autosuggestion. Emile Coué treated many patients in groups and free of charge.

His self suggestion mantra which reads as thus, “Every day, in every way, I’m getting better and better”, was meant to allow his change his mind and most possibly get well. I have been saying this for a while when I decided to take actions based on what I feel and I came with three action techniques to get better and better.

#Tip1: Set Daily Commitment

You will wake up, say and write your affirmation and set daily goals and task that will help you achieve that goal. Lets say my goal is to design my own website. I will choose the simple task of setting a website and put a time to work on it. It maybe buying a domain name and looking for good hosting platform. It doesn't need to be elaborate. You can set more commitments of this nature based on your others areas of your goals

#Tip2: Stay Committed To Your Task

There is a high chance that you will do your task because you have planned in the morning. Your aim is to carve out time to do the task as at the time you have allocated to it. Getting better is by doing and not by saying. The affirmation is to help you remember your goal but you will only get better by doing. No matter how small the task might be, the idea is just to complete it. this completion would entrench the belief that truly you are getting better day by day.

#Tip3: Reflect On the Day

This is when you will review what you have done during the day and set another task toward your goal for the next day. This is best done after you shut down for the day and you can later review the tasks before you go to bed.

These are the simplest ways you can get better while you control your mind with your daily affirmations . Self suggestion will only help you to get focus but it will never translate to results if you don’t act .
